Benifitting the Blue Raider Athletic Association, The Hope Clinic, and Special Kids
The 6th annual “Fenton Payne & Fred 5K”, honoring Dr. Fenton Payne Hardison & Dr. Fred R. Lovelace will be held August 15, 2009.The 5K Run/Walk is the signature fund-raising event for Friends of Fenton Payne & Fred, a non-profit 501c3. Proceeds will benefit the Blue Raider Athletic Association supporting athletic programs and scholarships for MTSU athletes, and the Primary Care & Hope Clinic providing health care to the uninsured in our Community. 2009 marks the first year of The Kids 1-Mile Fun Run, which will benefit Special Kids. Event costs are funded by registration fees, non-cash donations, and volunteers, so every sponsorship dollar passes directly to the designated charitable organizations.
